Cara Geser has a passion for creating theater that encourages discovery, exploration, trust, and contemplation; she loves to bring the intangible to the stage, allowing audiences and actors alike to confront the unknown in our real world. Her primary focus is on the development of New Work projects including professional productions, academic endeavors, and the creation of educational drama courses. Through various theater classes taken at the Fieldston School in New York City, Brown University, Skidmore College, and Trinity College Dublin, she has had the opportunity to assist professional directors in their work as well as collaborate with fellow students as a director, designer, actor, and writer. Cara also worked in the Skidmore College Writing Center, peer-tutoring students in technical writing skills and helping ideas grow to fruition. She is a 2020 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Skidmore College, having received a Bachelor of Science with honors with Theater and English.
